My honest review of Audible vs Speechify
FYI, I used Audible and switched to Speecifty these past two months. Audible was terrible and made my work difficult. First, they have such a bad support team and don't provide proper solutions. Second, the cancellation didn't go well. A month later, I was still charged after canceling my subscription. Next, the app lagged too much, and it made me frustrated.
Otherwise, Speechify has made me feel better these last 2 months. They gave me a big discount on my first purchase. I love that the app can read many text formats, including PDFs. The customer service was so lovely and fast. I asked many questions, and they helped me until my purchase plan was successful. The only minus is that they have very limited customization options.
